Hampshire and Isle of Wight Sexual Health Service update

At Solent NHS Trust, we are committed to providing sexual health care across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight (HIOW).

Our services cover everything from contraception and Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing to counselling and health promotion.

Here is how you can reach us:

• Online Support: Visit www.letstalkaboutit.nhs.uk for remote services, online resources, and self-managed care.
• Personal Health Record (PHR): Order home STI testing kits, free condoms, book appointments, and receive test results at https://sol.myphr.online
• Phone Consultation: Call 0300 300 2016 to speak to a clinician for advice, remote consultations, or face-to-face appointments.
• Community Clinics: We have clinics across HIOW with extended hours on evenings and weekends.
• Pop-up Clinics: Look out for outreach clinics targeting higher-risk populations.

We are making it easier for you to access sexual health care when and where you need it. Our service locations include Portsmouth, Southampton, Basingstoke, Isle of Wight, Eastleigh, Gosport, Havant, Aldershot, and Andover.

Some clinics, including those in Fareham, Bordon, Ringwood, New Milton, Romsey, Winchester, and Ryde on the Isle of Wight, will be moving to larger sites from 1 June 2024.
